Australia is a country of contrasts and diversity where you'll find deserted areas, tropical ones, mild temperatures, and a varied nature. There is a multitude of habitants in the different regions. You can find a desert or a dense jungle. Australia is well know for it's sports, adventure and nature!

The koala bear and the eucalyptus tree are an emblematic couple in Australia. Most of the fauna and flora found in Australia is endemic to the region. Many native species can be found in all parts of Australia, and are threatened only by the action of human beings. For this reason, many natural spaces have been declared protected areas over recent years, and projects have been put in place to protect many species and zones, such as wetlands, jungles, forests…all over the six states and island regions.

Kangaroos, koalas, flying squirrels, wombats, and Tasmanian devils are all typical throughout Australia, as are birds such as the emu, the lyre bird and the cockatoo.
